On Tuesday 12 April 2016, Paula Pinto and Isabel Santoalha have presented the preliminary results of the study on the applicability of the PG-SGA in Portuguese long-stay nursing home residents at the APNEP congress. Isabel, student Nutrition and Food Science, and Paula, student Nutrition Science were supervised by João Pedro Pinho and Antónia Vigário, nutritionists at the Centro Hospitalar Médio Ave, EPE, V.N. Famalicão, in close collaboration with the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands.
