Now available: translation, cross-cultural adaptation and validation of the Scored Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) for the Portuguese setting

Thesis delivery João Pedro Pinho 18 Dec 2015
In December 2015, the Portuguese version of the PG-SGA has been launched in Porto, Portugal. This Portuguese version of the PG-SGA has been developed following all steps of the ISPOR Guideline (Wild et al., 2005), to ensure its conceptual, semantic and content equivalence to the original PG-SGA.
The full process of the translation, cross-cultural adaptation and validation of the original PG-SGA to the Portuguese setting has been described in the master’s thesis of João Pedro Pinho, which he has written to complete the Master in Clinical Nutrition at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Porto.
